Ingredients for Peanut salad Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups Boiled peanuts
  • 0.17 Cup Onion
  • 0.17 Cup Tomato
  • 0.17 Cup Cucumber
  • As Required For Ganishing Carrot
  • 1.67 Pieces Coconut
  • 1 Pieces Mango
  • As Required Salt lime
  • As Required Pepper powder
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves

Directions: Peanut Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the peanuts for 5hours. Pressure cook it with 4whistles. Add little salt while cooking.
  • STEP 2.Take boiled peanuts in a bowl. Add onions, tomato, cucumber, mango pieces, coconut pieces, salt, pepper powder, lime juice and mix it well. Check for the salt and lime.Adjust to your taste.
  • STEP 3.Garnish with grated carrot and coriander leaves.
