How to Make Pani Puri Recipe
STEP 01
Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, tamarind paste smoothly. Mix with water and add salt and all masalas under 'for pani'.
STEP 02
In a bowl take boiled potato and peas mash well.
STEP 03
Add coriander leaves and other ingredients under 'For aloo mix'.
STEP 04
Fry the ready made puris and fill with potato Stuffing.Dip in Pani and enjoy it. You can top with sev.
