Ingredients for Podi idly Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Mini idlis
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 Pieces Dried red chilly
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • 1.50 Tbsps Idly podi
  • 1 Tbsps Channa dal
  • 1 Tbsps Urad dal
  • 2.50 Pieces Red chilly
  • A Pinch Hing
  • 2 Sprigs Curry leaves
  • 0.13 Cup arlic pods
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Podi Idly Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make mini idlis and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.To make podi, add 1tbsp oil and fry all the ingredients under Indy podi till golden brown and powder it.
  • STEP 3.Temper with mustard, red chilly, curry leaves, urad dal and add idly's , idly podi. Mix well till idly podi gets coated with idly well. If you want more spicy add podi accordingly.
