Pav bhaji is a fast food recipe with soft bun served with thick veg gravy garnished with coriander leaves and butter. The bun when had with the creamy textured gravy gives good taste and it melts in our mouth.

Ingredients for Pav bhaji Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Pav bun
  • 1/4 Cup Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Cups Peas
  • Handful Beans
  • 1/2 Cup Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Onion
  • 3/4 Cup Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp inger garlic paste
  • 3/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Amchur powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera powder
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Lime juice
  • A Few Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Directions: Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pressure cook peas, potato, carrot, beans and cauliflower. Mash it well.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil. Add oil, onion. Saute it till brown. Add ginger garlic paste and stir well till raw smell goes.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato Puree. Cook for 1min.
  • STEP 4.Add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,jeera powder, amchur powder, salt. Mix well and little water and cook till raw smell goes.
  • STEP 5.Add mashed veggies and cook until it becomes thick gravy consistency.
  • STEP 6.Switch off the stove and add lime juice. Adjust tanginess according to your taste.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and butter.
  • STEP 8.Toast the pav bun with little butter and serve hot with veg gravy (bhaji).
