STEP 1.Finely chop all the vegetables. Make a paste of green chili, garlic and ginger.
STEP 2. Knead the dough by adding 2 tsp of oil and salt to the maida.
STEP 3. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute it well. Now add all the rest of the vegetables in it and saute it well. 2-3 m. After that add paneer, black pepper powder, soy sauce, schezwan sauce and salt, mix well and let it boil. (Adding salt to taste as soy sauce contains salt) Now let it cool down.
STEP 4.Make a dough of dough and roll it and put vegetables on it and close it from all the corners.
STEP 5.Similarly prepare momos. Now put water in a vessel and let it boil well. Put a sieve on that vessel and keep the momos prepared in it and let it come for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6.Serve hot momos with schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup.
