Ingredients For shahi toast with mango rabadi Recipe
3 cups Full cream milk
1 cup Mango juice
2 tbsp Sugar
0.5 tsp Cardamom powder
12 pieces Saffron threads
1 cup Sugar
1 cup water
0.5 tsp Cardamom powder
6 pieces Bread slices
As Required Desi Ghee
2 tbsp pieces cashew nuts almonds
Directions : shahi toast with mango rabadi Recipe
STEP 1.After boiling milk and thickening, add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, cashew, almond pieces, make rabdi after cooling, add mango juice and mix it to make mango rabdi.
STEP 2.Cut bread slices into squares. Heat ghee in a pan, add bread slices and fry till golden crispy.
STEP 3.Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in a vessel and add cardamom powder and mix it well. Now take out the fried bread slices by dipping them in the syrup.
STEP 4. Place bread slices in a serving plate and serve by adding mango rabdi and cashew, almond pieces on top.
