  • 1 cups Full cream milk
  • 0.33 cup Mango juice
  • 0.67 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 4 pieces Saffron threads
  • 0.33 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 cup water
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 pieces Bread slices
  • As Required Desi Ghee
  • 0.67 tbsp pieces cashew nuts almonds

Directions: Shahi Toast With Mango Rabadi Recipe

  • STEP 1.After boiling milk and thickening, add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, cashew, almond pieces, make rabdi after cooling, add mango juice and mix it to make mango rabdi.
  • STEP 2.Cut bread slices into squares. Heat ghee in a pan, add bread slices and fry till golden crispy.
  • STEP 3.Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in a vessel and add cardamom powder and mix it well. Now take out the fried bread slices by dipping them in the syrup.
  • STEP 4. Place bread slices in a serving plate and serve by adding mango rabdi and cashew, almond pieces on top.
