  • 50 gram Paneer, Grated
  • 1/4 liter Milk
  • 0.13 cup Condensed Milk
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • pinch A Pinch Of Saffron Strands
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • as required Chopped Nuts For Garnish

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat ghee and add grated paneer. Cook until it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add the cooked paneer to the milk mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add cardamom powder, saffron strands, and chopped mangoes. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
