STEP 1.Take a pan, add milk and bring it to boil on a low to medium flame. In another pan, boil samak rice.
STEP 2.Add boiled rice to boiled milk.
STEP 3.Microwave makhana for 2-3 minutes. Grind 25 grams makhana and make a powder.
STEP 4.Now add crushed makhana to milk. Add cardamom powder, 7-10 saffron strands soaked in warm milk, chopped dry fruits.
STEP 5.Keep stirring and simmer for a minute.
STEP 6.Add condensed milk. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 7.Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy!
