STEP 1.Take all the ingredients in a bowl-except water
STEP 2.Mix well with hands
STEP 3.Now add water gradually
STEP 4.Knead to a soft dough
STEP 5.Keep it covered with a moist cloth for30-45 minutes
STEP 6.Pinch the dough and make balls
STEP 7.Roll it like a thin chapati dusting the flour on the surface
STEP 8.Now take an inverted wok on a medium flame, when it becomes hot, drizzle the salt water and spread the roti on the inverted wok
STEP 9.Allow the roti to cook, you will observe bubbles emerging and flip the sides and roast properly.
STEP 10.Roast the roti from both the sides until it becomes light brown from the edges.
STEP 11.Fold it like a handkerchief and keep on a kitchen towel
STEP 12.Serve hot with dal Makhani or chicken
