Ingredients for cabbage and spring onions parantha Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 0.13 Cup spring onion greens finely chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces small onion chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger and green chilli paste
  • 0.06 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp red chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp dried mango powder
  • 0.06 Tsp garam masala
  • 0.13 Tsp pavbhaji masala
  • 0.06 Tsp pepper powder
  • To Taste salt
  • 0.06 Cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp oil
  • As Required clarified butter for tawa frying

Directions: Cabbage And Spring Onions Parantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop cabbage and take in a bowl. Add in green coriander leaves and ginger chilli paste.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, greens of the spring onions and all the masalas mentioned above.
  • STEP 3.Mix everything well and add required wheat flour, knead tight dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Divide dough into equal parts & roll small parathas.
  • STEP 5.Heat up a tawa and out rolled out Parantha on it.
  • STEP 6.Keep the flame on low and let it cook
  • STEP 7.Apply ghee and roast Parantha from both the sides till cooked well.
  • STEP 8.Remove in a plate when done and enjoy with any pickle.
  • STEP 9.Take all ingredients except wheat flour & clarified butter in mixing bowl & mix gently.
  • STEP 10.Add required wheat flour, knead tight dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Divide dough into equal parts & roll small parathas.
  • STEP 12.Heat up a tawa and out rolled out Parantha on it.
  • STEP 13.Keep the flame on low and let it cook
  • STEP 14.Apply ghee and roast Parantha from both the sides till cooked well.
  • STEP 15.Remove in a plate when done and enjoy with any pickle.
