STEP 1.Mix flour,oil and salt.Then add grated ginger, galic, onions,green chillies, cumin powder & salt. Mix it well. Then add boiled smashed potatoes with it. Knead it very well.
STEP 2.Don't add water..
STEP 3.Make a ball..roll it like paratha..Heat frying pan & fry both sides of paratha. Then add 1 tsp. Oil each side of paratha & fry it well. Serve it with Tea.
