  • STEP 1.Boil the sweet potatoes until they are soft and tender.
  • STEP 2.Peel the boiled sweet potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and spices to the mashed sweet potatoes.
  • STEP 4.Knead the dough by mixing wheat flour, salt, and water.
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small circles.
  • STEP 6.Place a spoonful of the sweet potato mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  • STEP 7.Fold the edges of the dough circle to seal the filling and roll it out into a paratha.
