Ingredients for Quick Aloo paratha Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cup wheat flour
  • 3/4 Pinches large boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 g rated onions
  • 1/2 Tsp cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp grated ginger
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 Cup chopped coriander leaves
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp roasted cumin powder
  • As Required As Per Required Oil for frying

Directions: Quick Aloo Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix flour,oil and salt.Then add grated ginger, galic, onions,green chillies, cumin powder & salt. Mix it well. Then add boiled smashed potatoes with it. Knead it very well.
  • STEP 2.Don't add water..
  • STEP 3.Make a ball..roll it like paratha..Heat frying pan & fry both sides of paratha. Then add 1 tsp. Oil each side of paratha & fry it well. Serve it with Tea.
