This is healthy version of most popular and favourite starter cheese balls. Though I have fried it but for more healthy version we can prepare it in paniyaram pan.
STEP 1.1. Add paneer , chilli paste, garam masala, salt and cornflour in mashed potato and mix well.
STEP 2.2. Prepare all purpose flour's lumpfree slurry by adding water. Prepare small, crack free balls out of prepared mixture.
STEP 3.3. Heat oil for frying. Dip prepared ball in slurry and roll into bread crumbs. Then deep fry it on medium flame from all sides.
STEP 4.4. Serve hot with ketchup and mayonnaise or your choice of dip.
