Ingredients for Potato Paneer Bites Recipe

  • 1 g big potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Grated paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.13 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Potato Paneer Bites Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Add paneer , chilli paste, garam masala, salt and cornflour in mashed potato and mix well.
  • STEP 2.2. Prepare all purpose flour's lumpfree slurry by adding water. Prepare small, crack free balls out of prepared mixture.
  • STEP 3.3. Heat oil for frying. Dip prepared ball in slurry and roll into bread crumbs. Then deep fry it on medium flame from all sides.
  • STEP 4.4. Serve hot with ketchup and mayonnaise or your choice of dip.
