STEP 1.At first, fry broken wheat with a little amount of ghee on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
STEP 2.Add an adequate amount of water and cook till it became soft
STEP 3.Cook till water evaporates and garnish with desiccated coconut
STEP 4.Cook, it covered after that add remaining ghee, jaggery , and cardamom powder.
STEP 5.Ready to serve lapsi....
