  • 2 cup Water
  • 110 gram Jaggery
  • 65 gram Desi ghee
  • 1/2 cup Broken wheat
  • 15-20 Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon Mishri

How to Make Gud Ki Lapsi Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Boil water, add jaggery in a boiled water, slice almonds and add ghee in a pan and heat it. Now add partially broken wheat and roast it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Add dry fruits. Then add 2 cups hot water and cook it at high flame.

step 2

STEP 01

Cover it and cook it for 5-6 mins. Add jaggery syrup cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add raisins, cardamom powder and mix well. Cook and garnish with pistachios/mishri.
