Ingredients for Lapsi Recipe

  • 1.25 Tbsp broken wheat
  • 1 Tbsp jaggery powder
  • 1.25 Tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 Tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 Tsp Elaichi powder pinch

Directions: Lapsi Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first, fry broken wheat with a little amount of ghee on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add an adequate amount of water and cook till it became soft
  • STEP 3.Cook till water evaporates and garnish with desiccated coconut
  • STEP 4.Cook, it covered after that add remaining ghee, jaggery , and cardamom powder.
  • STEP 5.Ready to serve lapsi....
