  • 1/2 Tomato, Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the broken wheat and lentils for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add soaked broken wheat and lentils along with water. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
