STEP 1.Add semolina in a bowl and add 1 tsp oil and add 1/2 cup boiling water to it and mix well and keep it covered for 10 mins.
STEP 2.Add grated potatoes, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped coriander, jeera, salt to taste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well and make a dough.
STEP 3.Grease ur palms with oil and take some dough and give it desired shape, I have given vada shape.
STEP 4.Make all and keep aside.
STEP 5.Deep fry the vadas on medium flame till nice crispy and golden in colour.
STEP 6.Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup..
