Dhokla is a snack which can be enjoyed in breakfast or as a evening snack .it is made with very less ingredients and even guest are pleased by having it...
STEP 1.Mix gram flour ,suji, salt, sugar,citric acid in a bowl.now add some water to make a thick batter .make sure there is no lump in the batter.now add oil and mix..after that heat a pan put some water let it boil then add baking soda .add this water to the batter..meanwhile heat a pan with some water to make dhokla in it.
STEP 2.Take a flat bowl to make dhokla in it..grease it with oil .now add batter in it and put in pan for 15 mins to get steamed in heat..
STEP 3.After 15 mins take the bowl out of pan and let it cool..
STEP 4.Meanwhile make tadka by putting a pan on heat and put oil .let it heatup now put mustard seeds , cumin seeds,green chillies , curry leaves.add some water if u want...now the tadka is ready
STEP 5.Take out dhoklas in a plate and put the tadka on top of dhoklas .garnish with coriander leaves
