STEP 1.Firstly boil pasta in a pan.now put another pan to heat then oil to heatup now add ginger garlic paste let it get pink now add onion stir for 1 min add cabbage capsicum carrot . saute them for 5 mins now add salt and tomato ketchup now add boiled pasta .stir and keep its lid closed for 2 mins .now garnish with red chilly flakes...and serve hot
