STEP 1.Soak dal and rice overnight ..then grind them to paste store it in a bowl for fermentation for about 8 hrs .now steam them by adding salt and baking soda.

STEP 3.Steam dal for 10 mins in a pressure cooker.take a pan heat some oil now add mustard seeds then cuminseeds and curry leaves now add onion chopped ,bottle gourd let it get soft now add tomatos and salt add all this to dal wiith 2 cups of water and sambhar masala let it take a boil..ur sambhar is ready. For chutnet grind coconut ginger
Roasted gram peanuts green chilly curd and salt..give it a tadka of mustard seeds cumin seeds and curry leaves
