  • 1/2 cup idli rice

  • As required water to get idli better consistency
  • As required For yellow layer
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas flour
  • 1/4 tablespoon Semolina
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fruit salt

  • As required For Tempering
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustered seeds
  • pinch Asafoetida
  • 1/2 green chilies slices

  • 0.13 cup sugar diluted water
  • pinch red chilli powder to sh sprinkle on top
  • As required coriander leaves, chillies and coconut powder to garnish
