Ingredients for Dhokla # imbf Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Gram flour
  • 1/4 cup suji
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar (grinded)
  • 0.06 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.06 tsp Citric acid
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • as required Curry leaves
  • 1 g reen chilly
  • As Required Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil for tadka

Directions: Dhokla # Imbf Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix gram flour ,suji, salt, sugar,citric acid in a bowl.now add some water to make a thick batter .make sure there is no lump in the batter.now add oil and mix..after that heat a pan put some water let it boil then add baking soda .add this water to the batter..meanwhile heat a pan with some water to make dhokla in it.

  • STEP 2.Take a flat bowl to make dhokla in it..grease it with oil .now add batter in it and put in pan for 15 mins to get steamed in heat..

  • STEP 3.After 15 mins take the bowl out of pan and let it cool..
  • STEP 4.Meanwhile make tadka by putting a pan on heat and put oil .let it heatup now put mustard seeds , cumin seeds,green chillies , curry leaves.add some water if u want...now the tadka is ready

  • STEP 5.Take out dhoklas in a plate and put the tadka on top of dhoklas .garnish with coriander leaves
