Ingredients for Oats chilla #imbf Recipe

  • As Required Oats half cup
  • 1/2 Pieces onion half chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato chopped half
  • 1/2 Pieces capsicum Half
  • 1/2 Pieces Carrot half
  • A Bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilly
  • 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp red chilly powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala

Directions: Oats Chilla #imbf Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl .add some water to make a thick paste .let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes so that the oats get puffed.

  • STEP 2.After 15 minutes add some water to make the batter ready to cook.
  • STEP 3.Heat a pan and put some batter with the help of spoon and give it a shape of chilla.cook from both sides on medium flame and serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney...
