  • 1/4 inch Ginger + 1 green chili crushed and made into a paste in a mortar pestle
  • 1/2 cup Water or add as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar or add as per taste
  • 1/2 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1/2-0.63 tablespoon Lemon juice from Medium sized lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Eno or baking soda
  • As required Salt as required
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1-1.50 tablespoon Water
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
