Ingredients for Aloo chaat Recipe

  • 37.50 gms matar
  • 0.13 kg Potato
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tbsp Gram flour
  • as required Nylon sec
  • 1/4 g reen chilly
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 3/4 Pieces Tomato
  • as required Tamarind chutney
  • as required Curd

Directions: Aloo Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly boil potatoes to 2 whistles.in an another pressure cook let the matars boil to 8 -10 whistles.let it realease its air.now make patties from boiled potatoes by aading salt red chilly powder and rice flour and shallow fry them.

  • STEP 2.Now take out boiled matars from cooker in a bowl .in the same cooker add some 2 tbsp of oil let it heat now add cumin seeds then gram. Flour let it be brown now add tomatoes grated and matar .let it boil for 2 mins
  • STEP 3.Now assemble them to make aaloo chaat by putting tikkis in a bowl now add matar tarmind chutney then curd onion chopped and lastly with nylon sevt
