STEP 1.In a kadai add milk, malai, milk powder and sugar and mix well and keep it on gas to boil.
STEP 2.Keep mixing till sugar melts..
STEP 3.Add dessicated coconut and mix well and cook till it starts leaving the pan and forms a dough..
STEP 4.Grease a plate with ghee and pour the mixture and spread it evenly with a spatula.. Garnish with sliced almonds and slightly press with spatula.
STEP 5.Let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate it overnight or atleast 3-4 hrs.
STEP 6.Cut into pieces and serve..
STEP 7.Instant yummy barfi is ready..
STEP 8.U can also add almond or cashew powder to the milk mixture to make it more rich.
