STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add cumin, green chili, asafoetida. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 3.Add guava slices and fry on low flame. Mix sugar powder, garam masala, salt and fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.Garnish hot sour-sweet guava vegetable with green coriander leaves. Serve with roti, paratha.
