  • 0.40 g 6-7 raw mang
  • 0.07 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 0.07 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.03 tsp Asafoetida
  • As Required salt as per taste

Directions: Mango Pickle Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare mango slices.
  • STEP 2.Fry fenugreek seeds. Mix fenugreek seeds powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt as per taste in mango slices. Spicy Mango Pickle is ready.
  • STEP 3.Store in glass container.
  • STEP 4.Serve delicious mango pickle with parathas/puris
