  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh of the custard apples.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 5.Add the custard apple flesh and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add yogurt and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
