  • 0.33 cup Milk
  • 0.33 tbsp Vanilla Custerd powder
  • 0.17 cup Whipped cream
  • as required Chini. As required
  • 0.33 cup Mango chopped
  • As Required Mixed fruits(apple
  • As Required Banana
  • As Required Grapes
  • As Required Mango
  • As Required pomegranate)
  • 0.33 tbsp Almond
  • 0.33 tbsp Cashew
  • 1/25 tsp Caradom powder

Directions: Mango Fruit Custard Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the milk, when it comes to a boil, mix sugar.
  • STEP 2.Mix custard powder and milk in a bowl.
  • STEP 3.Boil on medium heat till the mixture thickens. Keep the custard in the fridge to chill.
  • STEP 4.Chop the fruit.
  • STEP 5.Whip the cream.
  • STEP 6.Put the mango chunks in mixer jar, add sugar blend to make a paste.Whip the custard ,mango paste and whip cream.
  • STEP 7.Mix the fruits in the prepared creamy custard. And Mix cardamom powder.
  • STEP 8.Serve delicious fruit custard garnished with pomegranate, apple.Then add chopped cashews almonds . Place it in the freezer for 1 hour to cool down and then serve it.
  • STEP 9. and scoop of ice cream and serve.
