  • 3/4 cups Rice
  • 1/4 cup Urad Dal
  • 1/4 teaspoon Eno
  • As Required Oil as needed
  • 1.50 Cups Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cups Onions
  • 1.75 Pieces reen chilies
  • As Required Asafoetida as per taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Saunf
  • 1/2 A Bunch Coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup Green chutney
  • 1/4 cup Sev
  • as required rated cheese as required
  • to taste Cumin
  • 1/2 Cups Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2.50 Pieces reen chilies (chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 Cups Onions - Chopped

Directions: #slurrp, #rice,uttapam Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. First mix lentils, rice and soak them in water for 7 hours. Then grind lentils, rice and prepare a paste.
  • STEP 2.2 .Heat the tawa. Pour oil on the tawa, then add dal, rice batter and make small uttapam, fry for 5 minutes. Now cook on medium flame.
  • STEP 3.3. On one side of the uttapam put potato bhajiThen grate the cheese on it and let it cook. When cooked, switch off the gas.
  • STEP 4.4 .Now the uttapam is ready. On this, chop tomatoes, onions, green chilli chutney, tamarind chutney, curd, sev, grated cheese, cumin and serve. Serve and eat hot uttapam with coconut chutney, peanut chutney or green coriander chutney.
  • STEP 5.5.Your delicious Uttapamchaat is ready. Take out lemon juice from it and serve it with desired chutney
