Ingredients for Amrood sabzi Recipe

  • 1.50 g uavas
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 g reen chilies
  • 1/2 inch Pinch asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 tsp Sugar powder
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions: Amrood Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make small pieces of guava.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add cumin, green chili, asafoetida. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add guava slices and fry on low flame. Mix sugar powder, garam masala, salt and fry for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Garnish hot sour-sweet guava vegetable with green coriander leaves. Serve with roti, paratha.
