STEP 1.To make aalu matar ghotala Take oil in a pan.
STEP 2.put cumin seeds and garlic green chillies paste in a pan.
STEP 3.Wash tomatoes and make paste..
STEP 4.Put tomatoes potatoes and peas in a pan.
STEP 5.let tomatoes potatoes and peas cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
STEP 6.After 30 minutes add all the dry spices in it. Like coriander powder , turmeric powder,salt, red chilli powder.
STEP 7.When oil starts coming out from the vegetable, add coriander leaves.
STEP 8.Aalu matar ghotala ready to serve..
