  • 1.50 Packet s bourbon biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp Semolina
  • 3/4 Cups Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 Packet Eno
  • 1/4 Cup Milk powder
  • 1/4 Cup Powder sugar
  • To Taste Sugar syrup
  • 1/2 Drop s white rose essence
  • 1/2 Cups Whipped cream

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven at 180°
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl add granulated biscuits, 5 tbsp semolina, and 2 drops white rose essence
  • STEP 3.Add 1 cup milk powder, 1 cup powder sugar, 1 tsp baking powder add your dry ingredients and sieve.
  • STEP 4.Now add 1 packet Eno
  • STEP 5.Now mix using spectula mix throughly until it's well combined.
  • STEP 6.Add milk and mix from low medium to high speed...
  • STEP 7.Grease your baking round mould (pot) with butter and pour in your batter(you can divide your batter in to 2 or pour it all).bake at 180 degrees for 35 min until a golden brown color is achieved insert toothpick to know if it's done...
  • STEP 8.Let it cool
  • STEP 9.Cut the cake and give it car shape
  • STEP 10.Apply sugar syrup to the cake
  • STEP 11.Take a bowl add 2 cups whipping cream and beat the cream for 20 minutes..
  • STEP 12.Cover the entire cake with cream
  • STEP 13.Now make a small star design on top of the car cake by using star nozzel.
  • STEP 14.Now make chocolate wheels and apply it on car cake..
  • STEP 15.Ready to serve
