  • 1/2 Cup amul milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Powder sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Milk powder
  • 1 Tbsp Black current crush
  • 1/2 Tbsp c.m.c powder
  • 1 Tbsp g.m.s powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Tbsp As needed red cheery for garnishing
  • 1/2 g tbsp black current crush for garnishin

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add 1 cup milk
  • STEP 2.Add 1/2 powder sugar and 2 tbsp black current crush
  • STEP 3.Add 1tbsp milk powder and 1 tbsp cornflour
  • STEP 4.Add 1 tbsp c.m.c powder and 2 tbsp g.m.s powder in a bowl
  • STEP 5.Add 1 tbsp Vanillaessence
  • STEP 6.Mix all ingredients and beat for 20 min
  • STEP 7.After beating set the mixture in airtight container for 8 to 12 hours....
  • STEP 8.Put a black current crush in a piping bag and decorate the ice cream as you want....
