Ingredients for Methi pulao Recipe

  • as required chopped Fenugreek leaves ( methi )
  • As Required Chopped tomato
  • As Required Chopped onion
  • 0.67 Cups Rice
  • as required Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Khandeshi khichdi masala 2 tsp
  • 0.33 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1.33 cups water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • as required Turmeric powder

Directions: Methi Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put rice in a bowl and wash the rice.
  • STEP 2.Now Wash chopped Fenugreek leaves.
  • STEP 3.Put 3 spoons of oil in a cooker, after the oil is hot, add cumin seeds
  • STEP 4.Add a chopped onion and make it a little golden.
  • STEP 5.Now add one chopped tomato and add chopped fenugreek leaves ( methi )
  • STEP 6.Now put all the dry spices, salt , red chilli powder , khandeshi khichdi masala, turmeric powder
  • STEP 7.Now add water and swirl it a little and then add rice..
  • STEP 8.Now turn off the gas after the cooker gets a whistle.
  • STEP 9.Ready to serve healthy and tasty pulao.
