Ingredients for Aaloo matar ghotala Recipe

  • 1 Kg matar
  • 1/2 kg Tomatoes
  • As Required midium size potatoe
  • 3 g reen Chilli
  • 4 tbsp Garlic paste
  • As Required Salt
  • as required Oil
  • As Required Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp Coriender powder
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander for garnishing

Directions: Aaloo Matar Ghotala Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make aalu matar ghotala Take oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.put cumin seeds and garlic green chillies paste in a pan.
  • STEP 3.Wash tomatoes and make paste..
  • STEP 4.Put tomatoes potatoes and peas in a pan.
  • STEP 5.let tomatoes potatoes and peas cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 6.After 30 minutes add all the dry spices in it. Like coriander powder , turmeric powder,salt, red chilli powder.
  • STEP 7.When oil starts coming out from the vegetable, add coriander leaves.
  • STEP 8.Aalu matar ghotala ready to serve..
