Ingredients for Spinach namkeen mathri Recipe

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour ( maida )
  • 1/2 tsp Semolina
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 2.50 tbsp spinach PASTE
  • As Required Pinch of salt
  • As Required Red chilli powder
  • As Required Turmeric powder
  • As Required garam masala
  • As Required Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Spinach Namkeen Mathri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix flour ( maida ) and semolina in a plate.
  • STEP 2.Now mix salt and oil in the plate.
  • STEP 3.Now mix all the dry spices. Red chilli powder, garam masala...
  • STEP 4.Make a dough by adding turmeric powder, cumin seeds and spinach paste..
  • STEP 5.Keep the dough covered for half an hour.
  • STEP 6.Make small mathris from the dough and make holes in them with a toothpick.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan and fry the matri on low flame.
  • STEP 8.Let the mathri turn a little golden brown after that serve...
