STEP 5.Keep the dough covered for half an hour.
STEP 6.Make small mathris from the dough and make holes in them with a toothpick.
STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan and fry the matri on low flame.
STEP 8.Let the mathri turn a little golden brown after that serve...
