I have made salted peanuts in spices, you can also eat only roasted peanuts.You can store roasted salted peanuts in a container for 10 days or more.When guests come, I serve salted peanuts by adding spices.peanuts masala tastes so good that we add dry spices to it, it doubles its taste.

  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 1/2 A Stalk Tomato
  • 1/2 As Required 1 finally chopped onion
  • 1/2 As Required Cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp tomato souce
  • 1/4 tsp Soya souce
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • as required Salt
  • as required Chaat masala
  • as required Black paper powder
  • NaN As Required Coriander finally chopped
  • as required Red chilli powder

  • STEP 1.First boil the peanuts in the cooker..
  • STEP 2.After boiling put oil on the pan and roast the peanuts..
  • STEP 3.After roasting, add salt red chili powder chaat masala to the peanuts. And Make it salty after adding all spices...
  • STEP 4.Now turn off the gas and put the namkeen peanuts in the bowl..
  • STEP 5.Now half crush the namkeen peanuts by hand
  • STEP 6.Mix tomato ketchup, soya souce cucumber, Onion, black paper powder and in peanuts..
  • STEP 7.Now Mix everything well and garnish with coriander..
