STEP 1.Cut the tomatoes into 8 pieces and grate 2 tomatoes,cut the green chilly in big pieces and chopped ginger in small pieces.
STEP 2.Take a wok put the ghee , add cumin ,hing and mustard seed then put the chopped green chilly and saute it ,then add chopped tomatoes and cover it for five minutes till it gets soft.
STEP 3.Open the lid and then add grated tomatoes and ginger mix it well. Put all the spices into it and saute it for 5-6 minutes .Then add sev and mix it well ,add some water and cover it till it gets boiled. Garnish it with coriender leaves.
