Ingredients for Bongdai Recipe

  • 0.08 cup Chana daal
  • 0.08 cup moong dal
  • 0.08 Cups toor daal
  • 0.08 cup Urad daal
  • 0.33 cup Rice
  • 1.67 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 0.17 inch Ginger
  • 1.33 Pieces Green chilly
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 pieces onioni cut in small
  • As Required For Ganishing Oil

Directions: Bongdai Recipe

  • STEP 1.Saoked rice and daal for 7-8 hours,grind it then take in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add all ingredients into it then take a pan and greese it first then spread the batter in thick form in round shaped and make a hole in between from a stick.
  • STEP 3.And cooked it from both the sides till it become golden brown and crisps.
  • STEP 4.Ready to serve with green chutney or Sambhar.
