Ingredients for Beetroot parantha Recipe

  • 62.50 gm wheat flour
  • 1/2 nos Beetroot
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • As required A pinch Asofoetida
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • As required oil / ghee

Directions: Beetroot Parantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut beetroot in thin sliced form and boil them by adding a little bit of salt and a cup of water.
  • STEP 2.Now allow it to cool and make a paste of it in grinder. Now take a bowl and put wheat flour in it and add all ingredients in it and beetroot paste into it. Make a dough of it and keep it for 5 to 10 min.
  • STEP 3.Now make small balls from it and roll it in the shape of paratha. Heat tava and cook it from both sides.
  • STEP 4.Paratha is ready to serve and serve it with coriander chutney or with garlic Chutney.
