STEP 1.Cut beetroot in thin sliced form and boil them by adding a little bit of salt and a cup of water.
STEP 2.Now allow it to cool and make a paste of it in grinder. Now take a bowl and put wheat flour in it and add all ingredients in it and beetroot paste into it. Make a dough of it and keep it for 5 to 10 min.
STEP 3.Now make small balls from it and roll it in the shape of paratha. Heat tava and cook it from both sides.
STEP 4.Paratha is ready to serve and serve it with coriander chutney or with garlic Chutney.
