  • 50 gm potatao
  • 10 gm Pea
  • 50 gm Wheat flour
  • 1/5 tbsp Salt
  • 15 gm Onion
  • 20 g Tomato
  • 1/10 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 gm Garlic
  • 1 gm Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 gm turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • 1/10 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/5 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.60 tbsp Oil

  • STEP 1.For filling-Cut the potato into small pieces,then take a wok and add 2tbsp oil and put potato and pea ,add salt 1tbsp,Red chilli powder,chopped ginger and green chilly. Then cover it for 10 minutes so that it get cooked.

  • STEP 2.Then take a wheat flour and add 1teaspoon of salt and 1tbsp oil and make soft dough.Make a small ball and make a small chapati then fill the patato and pea masala in a shape like samosa.

  • STEP 3.Take a wok and add 3 tbsp oil and put Onion Garlic, Ginger ,Tomato paste into it .Then saute it till it leaves oil then add water and boil it .Add samosa in it and cook it on a low flame and cover it for 15 minutes. When the masala gets thicken, Serve it hot and garnish it with coriander leaves.
