Ingredients for #tomato Sev tamatar Recipe

  • 40 gm Mote Sev
  • 100 gm Tomato
  • 1 g Green chilly
  • 1/5 inch Ginger
  • 1/5 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/20 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • a pinch Hing
  • 1/10 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/10 tbsp Mustard seed
  • 0.80 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 g Coriander leaves to garnish

Directions: #tomato Sev Tamatar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the tomatoes into 8 pieces and grate 2 tomatoes,cut the green chilly in big pieces and chopped ginger in small pieces.

  • STEP 2.Take a wok put the ghee , add cumin ,hing and mustard seed then put the chopped green chilly and saute it ,then add chopped tomatoes and cover it for five minutes till it gets soft.
  • STEP 3.Open the lid and then add grated tomatoes and ginger mix it well. Put all the spices into it and saute it for 5-6 minutes .Then add sev and mix it well ,add some water and cover it till it gets boiled. Garnish it with coriender leaves.
