  • 62.50 gm Potato
  • 1/2 g Onion
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1.25 g Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 50 g Oil to fry
  • 1.25 g Sesame seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • a pinch Food colour
  • 1/4 teaspoon White vinegar

Directions: #potato Honey Chilly Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the potato in thick slices and take them in bowl then sprinkle corn flour and food colour then mix them properly .Freeze it for half an hour.Then take a wok and put oil to fry the potatoes. Then take a pan and put 1 tbsp oil and add sesame seeds, red chiily powder ,white vinegar,Ginger , chopped garlic and onion and saute it for five minutes then add soya sauce salt .Last but not the least add potato and honey .serve it hot on a plate .
