STEP 1.Boil nutrela with 1/2 tbsp salt,then drain its water and rest it for cool .Then mix turmeric , coriander , Gram flour powder and salt .Then take a pan and add 1tbsp oil then put nutrela into it and saute it until it becomes golden brown,Then rest it to cool after that grind it roughly.
Then take a wok and put all whole garam masala and saute it then add chopped onion ans fry it till it becomes golden .
STEP 2.After that put tomato ginger and garlic paste and saute it until it leaves oil,add oil spices and salt to taste,then add pea and grinded soya chunks and saute it for five minutes. Then at last add water and cover it to cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 3.Garnish it with tomato slice .Ready to eat...
